At its centre, a Mediterranean red coral bead brings a clear, deep colour.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe ring body is an integral part of the composition. Its woven silver, made and then brazed onto a reinforcing structure, follows a deliberately off-centre line that lets the flower sit differently on the hand depending on how Suzy is worn.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePlaced more loosely on the finger, the flower rests above the neighbouring finger. Worn more closely fitted, it rises in line with the finger holding the ring. This construction gives the piece a different presence according to its position on the hand.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTwo topazes of an intense blue, set on either side of the ring body, punctuate the weave.
