Who makes Honu Handmade Jewellery?
All Honu jewelry is created by me, Isabelle B., founder of the brand.
I am a craftswoman who is truly passionate about metal and its progressive transformation.
Entirely hand-forged, my creations go directly from mine to yours. 💕
What are the most commonly used materials in the creation of Honu Handmade Jewellery?
Chosen for its preciousness, its nobility and for its very particular patina, solid 950 silver (925 official grade) is the metal that I use most in my creations.
Combined with genuine Tahitian pearls or certain fine or precious stones, it reveals itself with even more value. ❤️
Are all Honu jewels handmade?
Yes, every piece of jewellery I create is entirely forged and shaped by hand (and with heart ❤️).
I imagine them and make them with passion, with total respect for the material.
Are Honu Handmade Jewellery pieces mass-produced?
No. I shape everything by hand, without casting, and I don't mass-produce anything.
Every piece that comes to life at Honu is 100% unique (like DNA).
Depending on the model, however, some parts can be recreated to order.

Where do the pearls that adorn Honu jewels come from?
They come directly from a first farm in Tahiti, French Polynesia.
They have been pampered for months by true professionals before acquiring their exceptional quality.
A certificate of authenticity is automatically issued to you when you purchase a jewel containing it. 🦪
Are Honu jewels guaranteed?
Yes, my jewels have a 2-year legal guarantee.
Do the pearls that adorn Honu jewels have a certificate of authenticity?
Yes, absolutely!

I saw a ring design I like, but it only comes in one size.
Yes, this is normal because each model I create is unique.
Rings and bracelets therefore only come in one size.
However, I can recreate certain models to order and to measure.

I like a model, but it's no longer available. What should I do?
All the models I create are unique and some will never be reproduced.
Contact me to see if the model you wanted can be recreated.

No. I don't do jewellery repairs at the moment. 🤷♀️
ORDERING, DELIVERIES & PAYMENTS
How do I know if my order has been taken into account?
When your order is validated, a confirmation email with all the details of your purchase is automatically sent to you.
(if you don't receive it after a few minutes, remember to check your spam, junk mail).
Also check your Customer Area, accessible from the site; you should find the summary of your order.
If you still don't see anything, contact me by phone, we will check it together.
How can I track the status of my order?
You will receive an email with a real-time tracking link as soon as your package has been shipped.
You can also track your order via your Customer Area, accessible from the website.
😱 I made a mistake in the delivery address! 😱
Yes, it can happen! Who doesn't make mistakes?
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact me immediately via the contact form, specifying the correct address and your order number. I will do my best to rectify this before shipping.
On the other hand, if your package is already on its way, I recommend that you contact the carrier directly to see if it is still possible to change the delivery address.
Don't forget to bring your parcel tracking number, without this information, he won't be able to do anything.
Can I change or cancel my order after purchase?
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact me as soon as possible via the contact form and I will help you as best I can.
However, if the order has already been shipped, it will unfortunately no longer be possible to modify or cancel it.
What payment methods are accepted?
Bank cards (Visa & Mastercard) and payment systems such as PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay, as well as Multibanco (reserved for Portugal) are accepted.
