Creating a piece of jewelry is much more than just giving it a shape.

It is giving birth to an object that carries Meaning, Matter, Time and Intention.

Each piece I produce is crafted and finished with absolute respect for the metal.

At Honu, like DNA, each piece is unique, even if it is recreated.

When a design is popular and ordered again, it is reworked at the craftsman's workbench, never copied and pasted. The techniques remain the same, but the details change: a slightly softer curve, a bead with a different hue, the hammer mark that is never repeated.

The result: two similar but never identical creations. This is the mark of handmade craftsmanship and the guarantee of a personal piece of jewelry.

The only exception: jewelry created like those in the Brut Collection, resulting from happy accidents (my Creative Accidents). They remain irreplaceable; these pieces represent the unique encounter between instinct and matter.

No duplication, no mold, no series.

Each creation is born from a balance between what the material allows and what my hand chooses to do with it.
