Order cancellation

Any order can be canceled free of charge as long as it has not yet been shipped. To do so, please contact us as soon as possible via our email address. Once the jewellery has been shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel the order.

Custom orders, made to measure according to the customer's specific requests, cannot be cancelled once production has begun. We encourage you to carefully review the details of your order before confirming it.
