Shipping policy

1. Production time

Each piece of jewellery is handmade, one by one, in our workshop in Portugal. A preparation time of 3 to 5 working days is required before dispatch (manufacture, quality control, packaging). This time is in addition to the postal delivery time. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

2. Regions, delivery times and charges

• Europe (European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, United Kingdom): free delivery via tracked and insured express post. Estimated delivery time of 2 to 5 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination.
• International (including the United States, Canada, Brazil, the United Arab Emirates and Singapore): delivery charges are calculated and displayed at the checkout, via tracked and insured express delivery. Any customs duties and local taxes are payable by the customer.
• Other destinations: on quotation. Please contact us before placing an order at atelier@honu-bijoux.com for a quotation including postage and insurance.

3. Security of shipments

Given the value of the items, all parcels are sent via express delivery with online tracking, insured against loss, theft and damage, in careful and discreet packaging (no mention of the contents on the parcel).

4. Receipt and reservations

The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the address provided. We recommend that you check the condition of the parcel in the presence of the delivery driver. If the parcel is damaged or has been opened: refuse it, or accept it with specific reservations noted on the delivery note, and contact us immediately with photographs. Without such reservations, no claim can be made against the carrier.

5. Lost parcels

If the carrier declares your parcel lost following an investigation (usually 21 days), we will arrange a replacement (if available) or a full refund. Thanks to our insurance cover, you are protected against loss or theft during transit.
