1. Preparation Time

Each piece is crafted by hand, one by one, in our workshop in Portugal. A preparation lead time of 3 to 5 working days is required before dispatch (crafting, quality control, packaging). This lead time is in addition to the postal delivery time. A confirmation email with tracking number is sent as soon as your order has been dispatched.

2. Zones, Timeframes and Fees

• Europe (European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, United Kingdom): free delivery, by tracked and insured express shipping. Estimated delivery time of 2 to 5 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination.
• International (including the United States, Canada, Brazil, the United Arab Emirates, Singapore): shipping costs calculated and displayed at checkout, by tracked and insured express shipping. Any applicable customs duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
• Other destinations: on request. Please contact us before placing an order at [email protected] for a quote including shipping and insurance.

3. Shipment Security

Given the value of our creations, all parcels are dispatched by online-tracked express shipping, insured against loss, theft and damage, in careful and discreet packaging (no indication of the contents on the parcel).

4. Receipt and Reservations

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address provided. We recommend checking the condition of the parcel in the presence of the delivery person. Should the parcel arrive damaged or opened: refuse it, or accept it with specific reservations noted on the delivery slip, and contact us immediately with photographs. Without such reservations, no recourse against the carrier is possible.

5. Lost Parcels

Should the carrier declare your parcel lost following an investigation (typically 21 days), we will arrange a replacement (where available) or a full refund. Thanks to our insurance cover, you are protected against loss or theft in transit.
