1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Decreto-Lei n.º 24/2014 (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason.

2. Procedure

Notify us of your decision by an unambiguous statement, by e-mail at [email protected] or by post to the return address below. You may use our withdrawal form.

3. Return conditions

Items must be returned unworn, in perfect condition, in their original intact packaging (box, pouch, Identity and Materials Booklet where applicable) and accompanied by the invoice. The piece must be returned by tracked and insured post, covered up to its purchase value. Returns are made entirely at the customer's risk: in the absence of proof of tracked postage or insurance, no refund may be claimed in the event of loss, theft or damage during transit. Return costs are borne by the customer.

4. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

In accordance with article 17.º of Decreto-Lei n.º 24/2014, the following are excluded:

  • personalised, engraved or bespoke jewellery;
  • earrings whose sealed packaging has been opened after delivery (hygiene);
  • jewellery sets containing earrings sold as an indivisible unit, where the sealed packaging has been opened;
  • gift cards.

5. Order cancellation

Any order may be cancelled free of charge provided it has not yet been dispatched: contact us as soon as possible by e-mail. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. Personalised orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

6. Order error or transit damage

Each piece is inspected before dispatch. In the event of an order error, damaged parcel or item not matching your order, contact us by e-mail within 3 days of receipt, with photographs. Depending on the case, we will offer a repair, exchange or full refund, including return costs. This reporting period does not limit the statutory guarantee of conformity (3 years), which covers manufacturing defects and remains applicable beyond this period (see our Terms of Service).

7. Refund

We refund the full amount paid (price and original delivery costs) within a maximum of 14 days from notification of your withdrawal. The refund may be deferred until receipt of the items or proof of their dispatch, whichever comes first. It is made using the same payment method used for the purchase. Your liability may be engaged in the event of depreciation of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.
