A necklace of Tahitian pearls and giant clam pearls with a removable pendant in white mother-of-pearl, hand-carved, set with an aquamarine and mounted in a structure of solid silver 950, RJC-certified.

details. The white mother-of-pearl pendant features a manta ray motif, hand-carved.
The manta ray motif subtly incorporates, on its back, the shape of the Vaihau shell, a signature motif of Honu Handmade Jewellery.

The mother-of-pearl is set within a structure entirely handcrafted from solid silver 950‰, RJC-certified, enhanced by a round aquamarine, 4 mm in diameter. 

The overall shape of the pendant is reminiscent of a fish, with bubble-like patterns on its back and a tail that serves as the clasp/eye.

1 pearl necklace characterised by contrast

The necklace comprises 8 round, category B black Tahitian pearls with coppery iridescence, measuring 11 to 12 mm in diameter and possessing excellent lustre.

The white abalone pearls of various diameters (4, 6, 8 and 14.5 mm) create a contrast in size amongst themselves and in colour with the Tahitian pearls. 

The pearls are strung along the entire length of the necklace using four strands of ultra-high-strength Japanese thread.

1 ring clasp, 16 mm in diameter, with cups, in solid silver 925 (not handcrafted).
